Officers responded to a shooting call on the 3000 block of Alabama Ave and when they arrived they found Isaac Spencer,20 suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead. Witnesses told police that two black males were seen fleeing the scene in a dark colored sedan.
