Houston police are seeking the public’s help identifying two men they believe shot and killed a two truck driver Wednesday night.
According to reports the incident happened on the 200 block of West Little York Road.
Tow truck driver Augustin Martinez,48 was giving a customer a ride when he got into a verbal altercation with two men driving a red Ford Explorer.
During the argument one of the men pulled out a gun and fired multiple shots into the truck.
Martinez was struck in the chest and lost control of the vehicle causing it to crash. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The customer was also struck and transported to a nearby hospital with non life threatening injuries.
Police release a picture that Martinez was able to snap of the suspects before he was shot.
The suspects are Hispanic males and appear to be in their 30’s or 40’s.
