Dallas police are investigating a murder that left two people dead Saturday.
Officers responded to a shooting call on the 12800 block of Noel Rd around 2:40pm.
Upon arrival the suspect, Collie Orrett Ridguard,21 told officers that he had shot and killed the two victims.
Emergency crews pronounced the two victims dead at the scene.
Ridguard was arrested at the scene and taken into custody for medical evaluation.
The motive regarding the shooting is still under investigation.
The victims names have not been released at this time.
The suspect was later booked into Dallas County jail and charged with murder.
