Arlington PD are investigating a single car crash that left two people severely injured Monday afternoon.
The incident took place in the eastbound lane near 30 and Six Flags Dr.
The car struck a guardrail alongside the highway causing the guardrail to go thru the vehicle.
Firefighters extricated both occupants from the vehicle with amputated injuries.
Both were care flighted to Texas Health Harris in serious condition.
