Two Utah Children Hospitalized After Consuming Candy From A Food Bank Containing THC

Two children in Utah have been hospitalized after eating some candy they received from a food bank that had THC in it.
An 11 year old and a 5 year old were rushed to a hospital after they ate some Nerds Rope candy that was given to their family by as part of a food distribution effort from a church working with a Utah Food Bank.
Roy City police say the volunteers passed out over 60 bags of the Nerds Rope candy that contained 400 milligrams of THC.
Three other children also reportedly consumed the candy but were not taken to a hospital.
