On February 17, 2024, at about 3:35 PM, officers responded to a shooting call in the 4500 block of Rockport Drive.
The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found 18-year-old Noah Willis shot at the scene.
Dallas Fire Rescue responded, and Willis died at the scene.
The preliminary investigation determined Willis was robbed before he was shot.
There is no suspect information available.
The investigation is ongoing and is documented under case number 026955-2024.

This is so scary and sad I drove past the crime scene. And saw the body laying on the ground. What’s even more alarming is its my regular route to work and this happened in broad daylight.
