NYPD released clip that shows the attacker pull the bat out his pants and hit a 47 year old victim in the head with it. The attack happened on the sidewalk in front of the 1770 block of Amsterdam Ave. in Hamilton Heights.
NYPD is now asking for the public’s help identifying the assailant.
