A young Dallas teen was found at the bottom of a hotel pool unresponsive over the weekend in San Antonio during a school field trip. 
According to police reports Hoang Phan,13 was on a school field trip with Dallas Environmental Science for a math and science competition over the weekend, when he was discovered at the bottom of a Marriott Hotel pool by two other students.
The students informed a sponsor who then pulled the boy out of the water and notified authorities. 
Once authorities arrived they transported Phan to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
