A 2 year old girl was raped and then tested positive for an STD over the weekend in Kansas City.
According to Kansas City Police Chief Terry Ziegler a 2 year old girl was left at home over the weekend with her other siblings and a family friend.
The next morning the mother told authorities that she noticed injuries on her daughter and took her to a local hospital to be checked out. 
Hospital officials confirmed the girl had been raped and tested positive for a STD.
Police have no suspects in custody at the time but are investigating.
