Dallas police are investigating a robbery/ shooting that left one teen dead and another teen injured.
On February 25, Dallas officers responded to a shooting call on the 2700 block of Easter Avenue, around 8:50 p.m.
Upon arriving they found a crashed vehicle with two individuals inside, one of them suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound. Both teens were transported to an area hospital where the driver, 17 year old Keymere McCriston, was pronounced dead.
The passenger inside the vehicle was treated for minor injuries and released.
While investigating officers believe the teens were victims of a robbery. No suspect have been arrested at this time.
This investigation remains ongoing.
