A 19 year old man has been arrested and is facing capitol murder charges for the death of two people he fatally shot in a Dallas apartment complex.
Jamail Martin,19 was arrested Wednesday afternoon after a minor police and foot chase along I-20 near I-45.
Martin crashed his vehicle and ran into a nearby business but was immediately brought out and arrested by police.
He was taken into custody and charged with two counts of capitol murder and evading arrest. He is being held in Dallas County jail on a $600,000 bond.
Martin allegedly fatally shot a female and male on September 9 at the Eagle Point Apartments located on Gannon.
