A man is facing murder charges after fatally shooting another man during a fight in Dallas.
On February 4, around 1:30 a.m., officers responded to a shooting call on the 600 block of Reverchon Drive. Upon arrival they found the victim 38 year old Juan Carlos Villegas suffering from a gunshot wound.
Villegas was transported to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.
While investigating authorities determined that 21 year old Kevin Estrada and Villegas were engaging in a physical fight when Estrada pulled out a gun and shot him.
Estrada then fled the scene before officers could arrive. He was later arrested and charged with murder.
