38-year-old Allison Leigh Schardin, a Minnesota mother of two, was taken into custody after she was accused of having sex with two 15-year-old boys at the same time. The incident is said to have occurred last month at a hotel.
Documents show that Schardin had been at a hotel with her family in the city of Roseville. A boys’ hockey team from Colorado was also there for a tournament.
On the evening of Jan. 14, Schardin started talking to two boys from the team as they were in a hotel hot tub. She had disclosed to the boys that she and her husband were having issues.
She later sent a Snapchat message to one of the boys, requesting to come to his room because she had just had a fight with her husband.
When getting to the boy’s room, she asked two of them their age, stating that they could be her kids.
After talking to them about sex and seeing if they were active, she then got into the bed with two of the boys, records note.
She started to perform sexual acts on two of the boys as another boy watched. Afterwards, she requested that they perform sexual acts on her.
After feeling pressured, the two boys asked that Schardin leave.
Later, she is said to have gone to one of their hockey games and messaged two boys after they had gone back to Colorado.
On Thursday, Schardin, a restaurant server, was apprehended and charged with third-and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct.
She confessed to kissing and having sexual contact with the boys. She also admitted to requesting a condom from them although she said she wasn’t “going to go through with it.”
Schardin is set to appear in court on Monday.
