Three men in Midland, Texas, have been apprehended by authorities in connection to a murder of an 11-month-old child.
On December 5, deputies arrived to Midland Memorial Hospital in regards to an unresponsive child. They were then told that the child was only 11 months old and had died.
An initial investigation conducted by the Criminal Investigations Division revealed that the child had been in the custody of the father when the incident happened.
The father also had two other children with him and has been named as Dylan Oneal. He was apprehended for capital murder of a child.
25-year-old Zachery Oneal and 55-year-old Paul Anthony Hernandez were also taken into custody in connection to the offense.
An investigation is still on-going.
