Authorities responded to a call Monday afternoon between Colonial Ave and Pine St in Dallas.
Police say when they arrived to the scene the victim was already gone from the scene. Witnesses say the victim was taken to the hospital by car before the ambulance or police could arrive.
Dallas police questioned witnesses in the area and the investigation is still ongoing.
