A Dallas man shot and killed a woman that alleged his mate called her a racial slur as she walked by. 
According to reports Jimmie Tarrer,55 and his mate were on the 3300 block of E. Illinois Ave when a woman walked by alleging that his mate called her the N-word.
The two women exchanged words and that’s when they began a physical altercation that led to Tarrer shooting the victim.
He callled authorities and tried to revive the woman until police arrived.
Once authorities arrived they transported the victim to a nearby hospital where she was pronounced dead. 
The victims name has not been released at this time.
Tarrer has been charged with murder.
