Man Found Fatally Shot In An Oakcliff Apartment Complex

Dallas police are investigating a shooting that left a man dead Sunday afternoon.

Officers responded to a shooting call around 4:43 p.m., in an apartment complex located on the 3500 block of S. Polk Street.

Upon arrival they found a black male laying on the grass suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The victim didn’t have any identification on him and Medical Examiner’s will try to identify him through fingerprint analysis.

This shooting investigation is ongoing.
