The U.S. Department of Justice has accused Valesky Barosy, a 27-year-old from Florida, of fraudulently receiving millions of dollars through PPP loans. He is said to have used the funds to purchase a Lamborghini, designer clothes, and other luxury items.

The agency has said that Barosy attempted to receive $4.2 million in PPP loans. This was after he submitted an application with incorrect IRS tax forms and false paperwork with expenses and payroll.

He eventually obtained $2.1 million and bought a Lamborghini Huracan EVO and Rolex and Hublot watches. He also purchased clothes from Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Chanel.

Barosy made his initial court appearance this week. He has been charged with five counts of wire fraud, three counts of money laundering, and one count of aggravated identity theft.

If found guilty, Barosy faces up to 132 years in prison.
