824views

On Saturday, Alfonso Solis, a resident of Mesquite, Texas, held a bilingual active shooter workshop in Garland.

The workshop provided details on how people can be more effective during a crisis by using their heads, being knowledgeable about exits, and keeping safe from a shooter by distracting and barricading.

Solis reiterated that this wasn’t tactical training. It is simply details on how to help yourself stay safe if there is an active shooter.

“Repeat after me,” Solis stated. “I am not Rambo; no soy Rambo.”

Solis provides these active shooter workshops all over the country at many different churches.
