A male was shot and killed outside of a Mesquite home Thursday evening. 
According to reports Mesquite police responded to a shooting call near the 2600 block of Larchmont Dr and when they arrived they found Raul Garcia- Torres,50 laying in the driveway suffering from a gunshot wound.
Torres was transported to a nearby hospital where he later died due to his injuries. Authorities believe the shooting was a result of an attempted robbery.
Police have arrested Brayshun Terrill Jones,22 and Shatoria Dashun Jones,23 and charged them with capital murder for the death of Garcia- Torres.
Brayshun is being held on a $1 million dollar bond and Shatoria is being held on a $500,000 bond.
