The woman who survived the March 3rd kidnapping in Mexico was arrested on Friday for allegedly taking her teen daughter to fight another teenager.

Latavia Washington McGee, who was one of four victims that were kidnapped in Mexico while on a trip for cosmetic surgery, made headlines after surviving the deadly encounter. Last week, however, she was arrested by Myrtle Beach Police Officers on an incident unrelated to the kidnapping.

According to the arrest warrant, McGee drove her child to an apartment complex to fight another child on February 17.

Witnesses say the 34-year-old was involved in the altercation between the two juveniles and was provoking unacceptable behavior. Victims at the scene also reported to officers that McGee struck one of them in the face and also pulled a pistol from her purse at one point.

McGee was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She was released on Sunday, two days after her arrest, on a $10,000 bond.
