A missing person woman was reportedly found with half her body eaten by foxes.
The 55 year old, who has not yet been identified, was waiting for the AA just before Christmas.
Authorities in Monkton, Ayrshire found the half eaten woman’s body on December 19 not far from her vehicle. They said it looked as if the woman had been eaten by foxes or some sort of wildlife.
A missing persons inquiry was launched when police discovered the woman’s abandoned car in December.
Her body was found the next day in a field.
Authorities said her death is not being treated as suspicious.
