A paralyzed man is able to talk again after many months due to a life-altering brain implant.

“I want a beer,” requested the man as his first words were seen.

The 36-year-old man, with ALS who lives in Switzerland, had a chip implanted in his brain. It permits him to spell out sentences one letter at a time as it comes across a computer screen. He then asked for a cold one.
