Postal Worker Employee Fatally Shot By Former Neighbor

A Pennsylvania postal employee was fatally shot by his former neighbor early Thursday morning.
According to reports Eric Kortz,53 shot the victim, Louis Vignone,58, while he was on his route.
Kortz believes Vignone, who is a former neighbor, poisoned his family with cyanide.
Kortz told authorities that he stopped in front of Vignone’s postal truck while he was on route and opened fire.
Vignone was pronounced dead at the scene.
Kortz fled the scene and went to Carnegie Borough Police Department to turn himself in.
He was charged with capital murder and is being held with no bond.
