Ron Jeremy has been said to be unfit to stand trial in regards to numerous counts of sexual assault, including rape. This comes as prosecutors have discovered he is experiencing clinical memory loss.

In 2021, Jeremy faced a 30-count indictment that contained accusations from 21 various women. They all stated that Jeremy forced himself on them in some way when they dated him more than 20 years or more ago. The supposed victims had ranged from ages 15 to 51. He pled not guilty to the charges.
Some have said that the charges against Jeremy have been a long time coming as a representation of the reckoning in the adult film industry. This is where boundaries may be crossed into criminal actions.
Sources report that many of the alleged victims are dissatisfied with the lastest decision, feeling as if justice won’t be served.
