Dallas police are investigating after two pharmacies were robbed within an hour apart from each other.
According to reports the first incident happened around 5:17 a.m. at a CVS Pharmacy in the 11660 block of Preston Road. Two suspects demanded prescription drugs from the employee before fleeing the scene.
The second incident happened about 45 minutes later at a Walgreens located in the 3400 block of McKinney Avenue. The suspect again demanded prescription drugs from the employee before fleeing the scene.
The suspect fled before officers could arrive at each scene. They do believe that the robberies are related.
