Two suspects are facing murder charges for a shooting that occurred in a parking lot located in Old East Dallas, on April 16.
21-year-old Rogelio Castro-Gomez was shot in a car on East R.L. Thornton, close to south Henderson Avenue.
He was transported to a medical facility where he succumbed to his wounds on June 13.
As a result, Jose Sandavol Johnson and Valerie Garcia, both 23, are facing murder charges.
An investigation into the matter is continuing.
