The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Ms. Ethel Burrell.
Ms. Burrell,73 was last seen around 8:45am on February 14 in the 2700 block of Duncanville Road.
Burrell was driving a silver 2017 Toyota Avalon with Texas License Plate 4NWKV.
It is unknown what she was wearing but she is described as a black female, 5ft tall, around 170lbs. She has white hair and brown eyes.
