A 14 year old boy was shot on a Dallas Freeway early Saturday morning and left in critical condition.
The incident happened around 1 a.m. when officers responded to a shooting call on the 9600 block of C F Hawn Freeway.
According to reports the teen was riding in a vehicle with a man and woman, headed eastbound when a white Chevy Silverado 2008-2012 model cut them off.
He then said he noticed the vehicle following them when they got close to the Prairie Creek Rd exit. Immediately after the truck pulled alongside them and opened fire into their vehicle.
The driver is exited the freeway and contacted police as the other vehicle continued on the highway.
Emergency crews arrived to the scene and transported the teen to the hospital in critical condition.
Police are still investigating.
