Apple is altering its policies for workers as the Omicron variant is still prevalent throughout the country.

Apple will now require corporate and retail employees to provide evidence that they have received a COVID-19 booster vaccination. This will be mandatory if these individuals want access to its offices or stores, beginning February 15.

“… a booster shot is now part of staying up to date with your COVID-19 vaccination to protect against severe disease,” an Apple memo stated.

Furthermore, unvaccinated employees will have to “provide negative COVID-19 rapid antigen tests before entering the workplace beginning on January 24.”

The new company mandate comes as the Center for Disease Control noted that Omicron is responsible for 73% of new cases.

Dr. Anthony Fauci and other experts have continued to say the same thing. In order to attempt to avoid becoming very sick with COVID-19, it is essential that people are vaccinated and boosted.
