The customer orders from the drive thru and after waiting 30 minutes in the line for her order she decided to go inside and ask for her money back and for corporates phone number.
What a couple of delightful young women! I’m sure they will do very well in life. NOT. Grow the eff up.
Texas been on a whole other level of batshit crazy lately
She did everything she was supposed to do. Things happened before the woman got to recording, the woman called her out her name first and threw a chair at the manager. The manager was very polite and understanding before she pressed record. The manager gave her a refund, offered her free food, a discount and more to resolve the sotuation and that wasnt enough for the customer. The woman cussed at the manager first and threatened the manager stating to who ever she was on the ohone with that “this b**** bout to get these hands” (the manager). The manager then politely asked the customer to leave the store bc she felt threatened while trying to retreive her head bosses number. The customer proceeds to get more agrivated and snaps on the manger repeatedly before she starts to record. She only started recording becasue she seen that the manager was getting more and more upset. You never know what type of day someone is having, you can have a bad day and someone else can be having an even worse one. That manager did everything she was trained to do yet the customer wanted to keep pushing and got what was coming for her. Nothing is at all justified on either side but coming tor the manager when you dont have the full story is ridiculous!
