On Dec. 10, 2023, David Tupper, a former law enforcement officer from Houston, Texas, died as a result of a motorcycle accident. Tupper previously went viral after a video depicted him in a road rage incident.

Details surrounding the fatal accident haven’t been released at this time.

Back on October 19, 50-year-old Tupper went on a racist rant against Denishia Lewis inside of a 7-Eleven in Stafford, Texas.

Lewis had said that their altercation began when they were at a red light, and she blew her horn at him. When Tupper didn’t move, she went around him.

Lewis said that Tupper then drove up to her on his motorcycle, got off, and hit her side mirror. When he drove off to the 7-Eleven, Lewis followed behind him to discuss the damage he had done to her car, she stated.

Tupper was caught on Lewis’s recording, calling her a “n—–r b—h” and a “stupid n—-r.” He is also quoted as calling her a “monkey” and “coon.”

Later, it was found, to the surprise of many,” that Tupper was married to a Black woman.

In the video, Tupper could be seen wearing a security guard uniform. However, the company that was labeled on the uniform stated that he stopped working for them two months prior to the incident. He was also previously employed with the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office.

For now, the cause of Tupper’s fatal motorcycle accident is still being investigated.
