The jury was unable to reach an unanimous decision after 52 hours of deliberation on the Bill Cosby trial and declared a mistrial Saturday.
Cosby was accused of drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand back in 2004 and after gathering all information the “Cosby Show” star walks out a free man. 
Yoy would think the 79 year old star would be happy with the verdict but witnesses say Cosby showed no emotion as he stood there and the verdict was read a mistrial.
Prosecutors say they will retry Cosby who is now out on $1 million bail.
