On Wednesday afternoon, Darius Jackson, KeKe Palmer’s boyfriend and the father of her child, tweeted a recording of KeKe in a sheer dress. Usher had been singing to her at his Las Vegas residency at the time.
“It’s the outfit tho… you a mom,” the tweet read that was accompanied with the video.
Now, many online have expressed their dismay for Jackson’s seemingly public shaming of Palmer’s attire. Many fans have called Jackson “insecure” and even “corny,” for his statements.
“Don’t date a baddie if you’re gonna be this insecure,” one Twitter user wrote.
“You done lost your God d**n mind coming on the internet to talk crazy on KeKe Palmer’s name,” another Twitter user said.
However, Jackson, a fitness instructor, isn’t backing down.
“We live in a generation where a man of the family doesn’t want the wife & mother to his kids to showcase booty cheeks to please others & he gets told how much of a hater he is,” Jackson tweeted in response to the criticism.
“This is my family & my representation. I have standards & morals to what I believe. I rest my case,” he added.
As of now, KeKe hasn’t made any statements online regarding Darius’s comments.
