According to court documents, Jamie Foxx is being accused of a rooftop sexual assault that is said to have happened 8 years ago in New York City.

It was noted that in August 2015, close to 11 p.m., Foxx was at Catch NYC & Roof. That’s when the plaintiff got there to be seated in the rooftop lounge & bar. She then saw Foxx one table away from her.

Close to 1 a.m., a friend asked that Foxx take a photo with her and the plaintiff. “Sure baby. Anything for you,” Foxx is said to have responded, seemingly intoxicated. He then took more pictures, stating how good she smelt and compared her to Gabrielle Union.

Jane Doe says that Foxx took her by the arm and led her to the back part of the rooftop. That’s when he put his hands on her waist, then under her shirt, and started to touch her breasts. She says she tried to move away and saw a security guard and others watching what was occurring. However, no one took any action.

She alleges that she was injured and had to receive medical treatment while experiencing pain and suffering and emotional distress. This was due to the “sexual assault, abuse, assault and battery.”

She has now filed a lawsuit against Foxx, Catch, and its workers, seeking compensatory and punitive damages.

  1. I am so sick of all of these charges and accusations being brought out many many years later. Why didn’t they file at the time that these things happen. There should be some type of limitation and stipulations to these accusations that are being filed! Everybody’s not guilty all the time! money seekers
