During his route this week, in a Dallas community, a United States Postal Service (USPS) employee died.
USPS says that the worker had been on a route in the Lakewood neighborhood of Dallas when he passed away.
The agency noted that mail carriers distribute mail all year long despite temperature and climate conditions. They have also extended their condolences to the family of their employee.
The letter carrier’s name hasn’t been publicly released, and his cause of death hasn’t been determined at this time.
