Deceased Body Found In Lake Ray Hubbard Identified As Missing Rowlett Man, Sunny Jacobs

The Rowlett Police Department released an update Wednesday afternoon regarding a missing person report.
On June 18, around 11 pm Rowlett police received a call regarding 60 year old Sunny Jacobs missing from his residence near the 2600 block of Sassafrass Way.
His wife reported he had dementia and was last seen wearing a white polo shirt, gray dark colored shorts and brown sandals. He has brown hair, stands about 5’8 and weights approximately 180lbs.
On June 20, shortly after 8 am Rowlett police responded to a call regarding a body floating in the water near the 1300 block of Rowlett Rd.
On June 21, Dallas Medical Examiners identified the body as 60 year old Sunny Jacobs, the person reported missing out of Rowlett on June 18.
So sad, Prayers to has family and friends.
Aww thats sad. At least tbe family has closure. RIP Sunny.
