A man was arrested after shooting and killing a man during an argument in a Dallas apartment complex Saturday afternoon.
Officers responded to a shooting call on the 8300 block of Spring Valley Rd at the Casa De Arroyo apartment and when they arrived they found an unidentified man unresponsive.
When emergency crews arrived they pronounced the man dead at the scene.
Witnesses told police that the man got into an argument that turned physical with a man name Martin Reymundo Rocha,21 and that he pulled out a gun and shot the victim before fleeing the scene.
Rocha was later located by Dallas police and admitted to shooting the victim but told officers it was in self defense.
He was arrested and charged with murder.
