Dallas police are investigating after a 31 year old man was found shot to death inside a vehicle over the weekend.
On September 9, officers responded to a shooting call on the 10900 block of Composite Drive a little before 11:30 p.m.
Upon arriving they found the victim, 31 year old Nycholas Shields, unresponsive inside a vehicle with an apparent gunshot wound. Emergency crews arrived and pronounced Shields dead at the scene.
During the preliminary investigation officers were able to determine that Shields was shot while at a stoplight by an unknown suspect(s).
The suspect(s) fled the scene before officers could arrive and no arrest have been made.
