A woman was found dead outside of a dallas cemetery and her husband is in custody facing murder charges.
On October 25, Dallas police responded to a shooting call on the 1600 block of Murdock Rd, around 7 a.m.
Upon arriving they located the victim, 35 year old Dishaye Stevenson, on the side of the road unresponsive from an apparent gunshot wound.
Emergency crews arrived and pronounced Stevenson dead at the scene.
During the investigation authorities identified 39 year old Michael Smith as a suspect in the fatal shooting. He was later arrested by police and charged with murder.
No further details have been released at this time and the investigation remains ongoing.
