A person has died after being hit by multiple cars while attempting to cross a freeway in Fort Worth Friday night.
The incident happened around 8 p.m. when officers responded to a call at 2110 Northwest Loop 820 Freeway regarding a person being hit by multiple vehicles.
When authorities arrived they learned the victim was involved in a hit and run crash and had exited their vehicle in attempt to flee the scene.
While trying to cross the freeway the victim was struck by multiple vehicles and pronounced dead at the scene.
