The Scott Police Department, located west of Lafayette, is requesting the public’s assistance. SPD is searching for a man in connection to a missing woman who reportedly drove to Texas while working for Lyft.

Brandon Jermaine Francisco is believed to be the last person to have come in contact with Ella Goodie, 33. Goodie has not been seen or heard from by family members since Wednesday, March 9.

Goodie is a Lyft driver and told her family members she would be driving to Texas for Lyft. This was confirmed as Goodie was last seen driving her 2012 Audi Q5 with Texas license plate NRN6551 on Interstate 10 towards Texas.

Francisco currently has an active warrant for his arrest for failing to appear in court. His missed court date is the same date Goodie was last seen.

Scott Police Department Chief, Chad Leger, explains that twelve hours after Goodie’s vehicle was seen heading towards Texas, traffic cameras saw her vehicle coming back into Louisiana. The following day, however, her vehicle was located back in Texas, north of Dallas.

Goodie is described as being 5’3” and weighing 168lbs. She was last seen wearing a denim jacket with blue pants. SPD is asking anyone with information to please come forward.
