25 year-old Christopher Mabe has been given two consecutive life sentences for sexually abusing two girls. The Dallas man had violated the conditions of his probation.
Mabe had pled guilty to two charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
In April 2016, he was accused of sexually abusing two girls. They had come forward and said it happened when they were 8 up until 10. The girls stated that the abuse happened in Ellis and Tarrant Counties.
Although Mabe was underage when the incidences occurred, he was 20 when the girls made the accusations. Thefore, he was charged as an adult.
He was between 14 and 16 at the time. Hence, the parents of the girls desired that he have an opportunity at rehabilitation.
As a result, the courts agreed, and Mabe was given adjudication community supervision.
He violated those terms by failing to register as a sex offender, taking in alcohol and illegal substances, traveling out the country, and more.
