A shooting in downtown Dallas has left one man dead and another injured.
According to reports the incident took place Friday evening near Lamar St and Elm.
When officers arrived at the scene they found two people shot.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene and was an innocent bystander downtown and the other was transported to a nearby hospital with condition unknown. 
The suspects description and the victims name have not not been released at this time.
A man was handcuffed at the scene but it is unclear if he is involved.
This investigation is ongoing.
