On June 26, officers responded to a shooting call on the 1400 block of N. Beckley Avenue shortly after 11 pm.
Upon arrival they learned that two males had been shot on the 1900 block of S. St. Augustine Road and transported to an area hospital by private vehicle.
It was said that one of the victims was a teenage male that passed away while at the hospital. The other victim was an adult male that is listed in stable condition.
Authorities have no suspect and are investigating to determine what led up to the shooting.
This investigation remains ongoing.
