Teen Fatally Shot At A Dallas Raising Cane’s While In Line Waiting For His Food

Dallas police are investigating a shooting at a Raising Cane’s that left a 19 year old male dead.

Around 10:45 p.m. officers responded to a shooting call on the 8100 block of S. Hampton Rd.

Upon arrival they noticed a 19 year old male in the passenger seat of a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound.

He was transported to Methodist hospital where he died shortly after.

According to reports, the victim was in the drive thru line with two other people when two men exited the restaurant and opened fire at the vehicle.

The driver and passenger in the backseat were uninjured.

The suspects then fled the scene before officers could arrive and still remain at large.

This shooting investigation remains ongoing.
