Christopher Track, a 16-year-old who was wanted for shooting and killing another teen at a McDonald’s last week, turned himself in on Monday, Phoenix, Arizona police say.

On March 2, a fight and the killing took place in the bathroom at a McDonald’s where the victim, Prince Nedd, 16, was employed. He died at the scene.

Workers told police that the gunman worked there, too, and had previous issues with Nedd, as well.

Camera footage revealed Track walking behind Nedd towards a bathroom. He shot Nedd several times and then fled the location. A gas station camera shows Track traveling to a bus stop, changing his attire, and leaving in a gray truck.

After his picture was publicized, a witness named Track as the killer.

Relatives of Nedd said that this was his first time being employed, and he had only worked at McDonald’s for two months.

“He was so excited to work there,” his sister stated. Nedd was a senior in high school and a football player.

Track is charged with first-degree murder and will be charged as an adult. His bond was set at $1 million.
