A teen was shot and killed in an Oakcliff apartment complex Wednesday afternoon.
Officers were called out to the 3800 block of Tyler St and when they arrived they found Rubin Washington,14 suffering from a single gunshot wound in the chest.
Emergency crews transported the victim to Methodist Central Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police have not arrested any suspects at this time and are asking the public if they have any information to contact Dallas police. A $5000 reward is being offered to anyone with information leading to the arrest of the suspect.
Washington attended W.H. Atwell Law Academy and was an 8th header.
