Update: Active Shooter Incident At The Chik-Fil-A In The Same Parking Lot Of Walmart On Cockrell Hill, Dallas Tx

The two suspects arrested were two Latin males ages 18 and 19 and no one was injured in this incident

Earlier today many of you asked about an active shooter incident at the Walmart on Cockrell Hill. At the time, we did not find an offense at the location. Since then, we have learned that there was an incident at the Chik Fila A located in the same parking lot of Walmart. Two group of individuals were sitting in their separate vehicles when they became involved in a verbal altercation. One of the group of individuals became upset and produced a hand gun and fired several rounds into the other vehicle where three victims were sitting. The victim(s) sped off in their vehicle from the location and went to another location and called for police to report the incident. Police were able to locate the suspects still sitting in their vehicle. They were arrested without an incident for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, however their names will not be released until they have been booked into Lew Sterrett.
