Earlier this week a young woman accosted a father and his son at a hotel in New York claiming that the man’s son had stolen her phone.
22 year old Miya Ponsetto became frantic when she discovered her phone was missing.
A father, (Keyon Harrold), and acclaimed jazz musician had his son with him who Ponsetto accused of stealing her phone.
After words were exchanged Ponsetto tried to tackle Harrold and check his pockets for her phone. Harrold believes he and his son were racially profiled
Ponsetto was arrested and taken into custody at 4:30pm Thursday. According to Sherriffs, she was uncooperative while being detained.Ponsetto was also arrested back in February of 2020 and charged with battery and public intoxication.
